These terms and conditions apply to your use of the web application called 'Big Welcome', which can be found at http://bigwelcome.org/ and is owned and operated by Action for Children whose registered address is 3, The Boulevard, Ascot Road, Watford, WD18 8AG.

Use of the Big Welcome application

  • You agree to use this application only for lawful and acceptable purposes relating to the creation of foster carer profiles to assist with finding a foster home for young people, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the application by any third party.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the application or its data.
  • You must not upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
  • You must not attempt to exploit or compromise the confidentiality, integrity or availability of the application nor conduct any activities that could result in a data breach.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including not sharing your login information with anyone else or attempting to use an account that is not your own.

You must use a unique password for your account on our platform, and refrain from using the same password elsewhere.
